Flash DVD Ripper allows you to convert DVD videos into VCD, SVCD, MPEG, and AVI formats. To operate the program you first have to open a DVD video, it could be loaded from a DVD disc or any other DVD video stored on your hard disk.
The program will need to read the IFO file usually located in the VIDEO_TS folder, so you will be asked to select it. Next, the program will read all the IFO files contained in the DVD video folder, and you will be able to select the titles at the Select Chapters Window. After loading the DVD video, you will be able to configure the output parameters beginning with the output video format.
In the Output parameters window you can select the output format (PAL or NTSC); select the language and subtitles; select the chapters or set a starting and ending point; split the video by minutes or user defined size; select the MPEG format or the AVI output parameters (codecs and audio); you can also enable zoom and configure the video size. By default, the audio and video are automatically synchronized.
